StarCraft Removal¶

Historical removal record. The current supported environments are listed in Native Gridworld Substrates and Stag Hunt.

The StarCraft II / SMACv2 integration has been removed from the repository. This includes the environment adapter, SMACv2 experiment helper, StarCraft notebooks, SMAC-specific tests, and the optional smac dependency group.

Current temporal-game experiment coverage is focused on matrix, gridworld, and Melting Pot environments. Reintroducing StarCraft would require restoring a separate environment package, notebooks, dependency group, and setup guidance for the local StarCraft II runtime and maps.
